The
White Knight System
In
the past septic contractors
and home or business owners did
not have many options when
they faced the problem
of a failed septic system.
More often than not the
only remedy to this problem
would be to bring in heavy
equipment such as backhoes
and front loaders, and install
a new system in a different
area that was located on
the same site. This would
of course result in severe
landscape disturbances with
damage to trees, plants,
grass, and flowers. And
that was if you were lucky
enough to have a virgin
area of earth to use!
Well
that was then and this
is now!
With the advancements
of modern day science
many
new and exciting technologies
have burst onto the
forefront of the sewer
and drain industries.
One of these revolutionary
new technologies is
the
phenomenal WHITE
KNIGHT.
The WHITE KNIGHT can
be defined in two ways;
it
is an onsite wastewater
treatment system and
a failed leech field
recovery system.
A wastewater treatment
system treats and conditions
the
effluent that is omitted
from our homes and businesses
so that it is safe to
disperse into the environment.
Think
of a local city or municipality
that has a sewage treatment
plant: that is a wastewater
treatment system. The
WHITE KNIGHT is an onsite
wastewater
treatment system, which
means that it treats
and conditions the effluent
directly at the site
of
disposal. It is like
having a sewage treatment
plant
located rite in your
backyard or at your
business.
A standard septic system
collects the effluent
that is omitted from
sinks, showers,
toilets, etc. in a holding
(septic) tank. From
the septic tank the
effluent
is then dispersed into
the leech field where
it is
absorbed into the surrounding
soil, biodegrading naturally
over time. There are
however, some elements
in the effluent
that do not biodegrade
naturally and gradually
form an impermeable
black sludge called
a biomat. The biomat
starts
to form
on the bottom of the
leech field and then
slowly
works it's way up the
side. When
it has completely covered
the floor and walls
of the leech field the
only
place
for the effluent to
go is up onto the surface.
This
causes a wet, black,
swampy
discharge commonly called
a "blowout." A
blowout is visually unappealing
and often has a foul odor
associated with it.
The WHITE KNIGHT conquers
the biomat by introducing
a live bacteria into
the septic tank and
out into
the leech field. This
bacteria was synthesized
for the
sole purpose of eating
away the biomat and
restoring
the septic system to
a like new condition.
The result
is an effluent that
is free of the sludge
forming elements
and GUARANTEED to keep
your septic system working
perfectly
forever!
A septic contractor
once commented on how
the effluent
in the leech field of
a once severely troubled
commercial
septic system now looked
as if it was "lemonade!"
